Before focusing on surface pattern design, Kimberly built her creative career in the paper-crafting industry, where she designed concept projects and product kits used for retail displays, online inspiration, and trade shows. That experience shaped the way she approaches design today, not simply as individual patterns, but as complete collections that inspire creativity across fabric, paper, stationery, and gift products.
In 2020, determined to bring the artwork she imagined to life, Kimberly began formal study in surface pattern design. She spent the following years developing both her technical skills and her artistic voice, creating collections that reflect her love of storytelling, coordinated design, and timeless beauty.

Patterns from Ink Impressions of Real Botanicals
These patterns were created with ink impressions of real botancials. After inking various flowers or leaves, they are pressed into watercolor paper and an incredibly detailed impression is captured. Then those impressions are used to create patterns that fully capture the beauty of nature. These patterns are truly unique and add a personal touch to Kimberly’s artwork as quite of few of these botanicals are from her own garden.
